Two new series of illuminated toggle switches increase the switches program. Completing the spectrum of illuminated toggle families, the Ultra-Miniature and the Subminiature series clearly indicate the circuit status.
Both the Ultra-Miniature illuminated toggles and the Subminiature illuminated toggles are process compatible. Their extremely lightweight makes them an ideal choice for front panel or handheld devices.
The toggle actuators of both series are manufactured of a clear polyamide, allowing the LED color to fully illuminate through the entire actuator with an incredibly bright and jeweled appearance. The Subminiature toggles not only feature a fully illuminated toggle, but the bushing is fully illuminated as well. These features allow for highly visible status indication. Available LED choices include red, green, amber and bicolor red/green illumination.
Applications requiring high-density mounting are further facilitated with the standard 2.54mm x 2.54mm PC terminal spacing. Rated at 0.4VA @ 28V AC/DC maximum, both series are available in single pole maintained circuit options of ON-ON and ON-OFF-ON. These devices can be specified in straight PC, right angle or vertical mount terminations. Both series have a mechanical life rating of 100,000 operations minimum.
